The British School New Delhi seeks to appoint an experienced Lower Primary Leader to oversee the effective leadership and delivery of learning across the Early Years Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1. As a key member of the Primary Leadership Team, the post-holder will ensure high standards of teaching, learning and student progress by providing clear pedagogical guidance, robust quality assurance and strong pastoral oversight. Working closely with Heads of years, Curriculum Coordinators, the Learning Support Team and Key Stage Leaders. The Lower Primary Leader will support staff and students to achieve their full potential. The role requires a collaborative and forward-thinking leader who can drive innovation, foster a cohesive professional culture, and promote the school’s aims and values across the Lower Primary.
Applicants should be qualified teachers with a minimum of 5 years’ teaching experience and at least 3 years in a leadership role, along with sound knowledge of EYFS and Key stage 1 curriculum as per the national curriculum of England.
