The British School, New Delhi, seeks to appoint an experienced EYFS Leader to provide effective leadership across the Early Years Foundation Stage. The post‑holder will play a key role in ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and child development by offering clear pedagogical direction, robust quality assurance, and strong pastoral oversight within the EYFS setting. Working collaboratively with Early Years teachers, Curriculum Coordinators, the Learning Support team, and other members of the Primary Leadership Team, the EYFS Leader will support colleagues in delivering an enriching, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning experience for all children. The role requires a highly collaborative, reflective, and forward‑thinking practitioner who can inspire excellent practice, foster a cohesive professional culture, and promote the school’s aims and values throughout the Early Years.
