The Coordinator – Enrichment Programme shall be a member of the Student Life and Enrichment team and will be responsible for supporting the effective delivery of enrichment activities across the school. He/She will liaise professionally and effectively with members of the British School community (colleagues, parents and students) and external providers to ensure the smooth running of programmes, events and activities. He/She should be able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. teachers, administrators, operations teams, facilitators and vendors) for the purpose of implementing and maintaining high-quality enrichment provision. The appointee should also contribute to promoting a positive and collaborative learning environment that enhances students’ experiences beyond the classroom. The appointee should possess strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to maintain records, coordinate logistics, prepare schedules and support programme operations. The Coordinator – Enrichment Programme should be a Graduate in any discipline with 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative or coordination role. Previous experience within an educational environment or co-curricular setting would be an advantage.
