The British School New Delhi is looking to appoint an experienced and dynamic Key Stage Two Leader to join our international school community. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of our Key Stage Two students, fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, and leading a team of passionate educators.

•Lead and inspire a team of Key Stage Two teachers, providing guidance and support in curriculum delivery, classroom management, and professional development.
•Collaborate with school leadership to develop and implement curriculum enhancements that align with our school's mission and international standards.
•Monitor and assess student progress, implementing strategies to ensure academic growth and well-being.
•Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice.
•Engage with parents and guardians to build strong partnerships that support the development of students.
•Lead and participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school-wide initiatives.
•Stay current with educational trends and research to continuously enhance teaching and learning practices.
The applicant should have:
•A bachelor’s degree in education or a related field and experience in Key Stage Two education.
•Proven leadership experience in an educational setting.
•Exceptional communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
•Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice in education.
