The British School is inviting applications for the position of Executive -Travel and Events.
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive professional to join our administrative team in a key role that encompasses the planning, coordination, and execution of all travel and event-related activities across the school. The successful candidate will ensure that all logistical arrangements are managed efficiently, in alignment with institutional policies, and delivered to the highest standards of service for students, staff, and visitors.
This role involves supporting the organisation of a wide range of school events including ceremonies, performances, conferences, and educational excursions while also overseeing travel arrangements for staff and guests. Responsibilities include booking transport and accommodation, coordinating visa documentation, and maintaining comprehensive records and checklists.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision. A collaborative approach and flexibility to support events outside of regular working hours are essential. Candidates should hold a relevant degree and have up to two years of experience in travel coordination and/or event management, preferably within an educational or international setting.
